The sales process and pricing is quick, budget-friendly and easy to understand. Our sales rep Randy was on time, friendly and very informative with the options and fees. We were so pleased with the options and pricing we pulled the trigger right on the spot. 18 windows of varying size and a new slider door. Window World pricing is unbeatable and offers great no-interest financing options which take no time to get setup.
From order to install was maybe 4-5 weeks. I was shocked. Install day was hectic to say the least, but the install team was on time, friendly, and effective. Overall the attention to detail is very impressive - from the prep to trim work to the post-install clean up. We are super happy with how our windows and door turned out, and it was super nice not having to clean house after it was done.

I would highly recommend using Window World for getting windows. While they might be more than an off brand at a local chain, they are well worth it in the long run. The life-time warranty that is transferrable is a huge selling point too. I've had to replace a few windows (out of 24 total that are installed) over the last 10 years because the seals failed, but the windows were replaced at no cost. Customer service is great!!

The whole experience was extremely transparent. The sales rep told me and showed me what I was purchasing. He gave me the exact price and demonstrated with his mini windows exactly what they were made of. After purchase they called several weeks later to set up an installation date. The install date, the installers showed up on time, with calling first. They got to work and finished the entire job in 7 hours. I was very happy! I also told the company who recommended me and they received $50. If I had to do it all over again I wouldn't change a thing!

Despite this being a larger company, Window World’s sales team is no nonsense and honest about their pricing. I had the pleasure of having Raz come to my home to offer the estimate. He was straightforward and answered my questions and addressed concerns with zero sales tactics and no pressure whatsoever. I usually prefer to small business, but the finance options available from Window World along with their no hassle pricing made the decision to use them very easy.

Overall, company produced and windows were nice, only concern I had is with the contracted installers they hired for my house. They didn’t do a great job with the install and now I’m seeing the trim work they dhave done is already falling off a few years later.
