Well I have had windows by window world for 21 years and have NEVER had a problem of any kind until this past Sept. One of the windows would not stay up so I called the office and was set up an appointment in a couple days at a certain time. The man showed up at the exact time and date I was quoted,fixed my window in a matter of minutes,no charge,was extremely kind,professional and down right nice.i would recommend window world windows to everyone interested in getting new windows

Customer service is excellent! We have needed three replacement window sashes over the years and each time replacements were ordered, delivered and installed promptly at no cost to us. Window screen repairs were also done at no cost to us. We have been extremely happy with our windows for their ease of use, and durability. They look great, too!

We've had the Window World windows installed for more than ten years, and we recently needed a small repair on one of them. There is no charge (lifetime guarantee) and they scheduled a repair person to arrive within the week. He was in and out in less than fifteen minutes, and fixed the spring perfectly. Very nice repair guy, and excellent work. Their lifetime guarantee sounded a little strange at the time we bought the windows (we had 17 of them installed) but over the years, we've had two or three repairs, and they always fix them at no charge.
